Neapolitan inspired pizza

We make all our dough using a mix of ‘00’ flours to give a softness, lightness, yet strength to our pizza. It has been designed with events at the forefront of our mind: wood fired mobile pizza that can be eaten with a drink in hand. All our dough gets proved for at least 24 hours to allow the flavours and structure to develop, before being stretched by hand at each event. It is then cooked in 90 seconds in our magnificent wood fired oven.

All pizzas contain tomato, grana padano, basil, mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil unless stated.

Curated with thought, grown with love.

We use San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. They are rich, sweet and silky. Our meat is always British and of the highest welfare, either from Cobbled Lane Cured or Shepherdson’s Farm Butchers. We grow our own garden greens & herbs from a Kitchen Garden around the corner, insanely low food miles. If anything has made it onto our menu, be rest assured we’ve done the background research for taste and quality!

Home roasted ham, sliced onion, oregano.

No cheese, oregano, garlic. Extra basil.

Portobello

Portobello mushroom, oregano, garlic oil.

Cheesy Garlic Bread

No tomato, extra mozzarella, garlic oil, oregano.

The Spicy One

Nduja, spicy salami, chorizo, onion, jalapeños, chilli.

Nduja & Mascarpone

Spicy sausage, whipped fresh mascarpone.

Finocchiona

Fennel & garlic salami. Best with jalapeños.

Sausage & Friarielli

White pizza with homemade sausage, cooked broccoli greens, garlic & smoked mozzarella.

Goat's Cheese

White pizza with goat's cheese, spinach, caramelised red onion, garlic oil.

Sun-dried Tomato

White pizza with sun-dried tomato, chilli, onion, homegrown kale, smoked mozzarella & oregano.

Caponata

Roasted aubergine, capers, olives, extra basil.

Courgette & Ricotta

Marinated courgette, ricotta, lemon, a little chilli.

Mortadella

Mortadella ham, pistachio, whipped ricotta.
